I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing locally in Telluride, Colorado and also provide teletherapy to patients in Louisiana and Colorado. In my practice, I provide individual psychotherapy to adult and late adolescent patients. My experience covers a breadth of areas, including depression, anxiety, identity development, relational concerns, and trauma. Additionally, I have a clinical specialty in helping individuals navigate life and role transitions such as graduation, the school to work transition, the pregnancy and perinatal period, relationship changes, and retirement.
